We bought our dining table and chairs here about 10 years ago and they were great to work with. A few years later we had a manufacturing defect in the finish on our table and Dustin worked with us and the manufacturer for a fix. Then recently we wanted to add more of the same dining chairs, and even though we have since moved across the country, they were great to work with on finding the same chairs in the same fabric and having them shipped to us. We would work with them again even though we're not longer in Indiana!

We went to several furniture stores in search of a chair. Houseworks was a fun place to shop. Beautiful, comfortable furniture. Knowledgable staff. Dustin, sales mgr, welcomed us, took us to the area of the store we needed to be in, assisted us by answering all our questions and being available when needed, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We appreciated his patience and feel good about our purchase. Ordered color and style we preferred and awaiting delivery soon. Thanks!

Very pleased with my experience at House Works. Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . And if Brian was not in the store the other associates were very helpful as well. I didn’t feel pressured. Delivery was great and everything was as expected. Will definitely return in future.

Complicated furniture purchase with delivery in another state but it was handled efficiently and timely. Husband found a chair there that he loves enough to purchase another one! Watch for regular sales. Love that Houseworks is locally owned.

We came in with a rather unusual request, and Brian was so helpful and accommodating! He took lots of time with us to answer questions, he was so knowledgeable and friendly, and the quality of the furnishings is top notch. Great customer service and selection, and our request was filled beautifully. We will be back!
