Checkout was efficient, and prices seemed reasonable for quality items. The grooming services I observed looked thorough, though I didn’t try them myself. I'll return to explore more options and rely on the customer-centric service again.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could as far as grooming goes. I paid $138 for the full work up. This included a dental cleaning, earring cleaning, sanitary trim, nail cut, paw pads trimmed. While in the salon to pick her up, it was incredibly loud. There were dogs barking in the back, and it was very overwhelming. With that being said, I chose not to look her over when I got her back, which now I regret. The lady who groomed her was also late, so they had her longer than we were expecting. When we got home, I noticed her small mat by her ear was still there. I know she can be iffy when it comes to her ears, so I let that slide. THEN I realized that there was no way her teeth were brushed, her nails are the exact same as when I dropped her off, she definitely did not have her ears cleaned, and is still shedding like crazy. I’m not sure what shampoo is used, but she doesn’t smell good like she does after being groomed by other places. I understand dogs can be difficult to work with, but I don’t think it’s fair that I paid for these non existent services I was told I was receiving. I called the store back, and the store manager has already left for the day. I left my name and number, and am expecting a call back in the morning. This is absolutely insane. We were so excited for her to have her "spa" day, just to get horrible results. We will NOT be returning, and I’m hoping to receive at least our money from the upgrade back. If not, I will be reaching out to corporate because this is not okay. I read the reviews on the app before hand, and those were very promising. I wish I read the Google reviews before, because we would’ve not ever dropped her off there. I’m sure the app only highlights positive reviews, and I should’ve known better. I’m absolutely shocked. It seems to me that this place lacks proper training in the groomer salon, or just do not care about their quality of work.
Everyone was really nice. It’s just I wasn’t able to really get what I wanted because it was too much so I got what I could and it doesn’t work so I have to bring it back. I have the receipt but overall it was OK.
I was ready to check out and lane 2 and 3 were open. Someone was already at lane 2 so I went over to lane 3 and the employee there said "i’m not open, sorry" in such a rude tone and just brushed me off. I didn’t catch her name but he had very color hair and a septum piercing. I even said hi in a very nice tone when I was approaching her. The light was still on for lane 3 so I thought it was open. If it’s not then turn off the light it’s not that hard to flip a switch.
Went in to buy an aquarium for my son's first birthday. I picked out the tank, some decor, and gravel. Had a question about what to use to test and treat the water, so I found an associate to ask about it. She informed me it wasn't her area and I needed to find the person there. I said there wasn't anyone there, so she paged for someone and told me to wait at the podium. I waited for 10 minutes while watching the two other employees chatting up front before deciding to take my business elsewhere. I refuse to spend 300$+ at businesses that won't help customers.
Brought our dog here to be groomed a few times and always satisfied. This time we were told it would be an hour for a bath a nail grind. 2 hours later, bath was half assed and nails weren’t done. They said he was "too difficult." There has never been a problem with someone doing his nails so I ask, what were they doing for 2 hours. Their response was that he was in holding…holding?! How DARE they charge us not only for a squirt with a hose that they call a "bath" and not even attempt to do his nails. I will NEVER bring my pet here again and I will never let any other pet owner bring their animal here. Disgraceful!
A Cat walked into my garage, from my conversation with friends and family I have been adopted. Which means I needed to get set up to share my home with a cat. Never had a cat, but it's not bad. The folks at Pets Mart on 31 So.,Indianapolis, ln were both amused and helpful with the feed and other required items needed to sustain the small critters life. I don't know what the outcome for me or the cat will be. But thanks to PetsMart I at least stand a chance.
I give 2 stars because I was late for grooming appontment and they still worked me in which was awesome. However they shaved her down including the tail saying that was all they could do. My husband had thoroughly brushed her a few days prior and it was fine. Do not use PetSmart. All of their locations have failed me except for the north side location. I recommend Petco
