Good morning, today I went to the store to get help with the exchange of a pair of boots that I bought for my son because I bought a size 6 and they gave me a size 6 boot and a size 7 boot, different sizes in the same shoe box. I tried to explain this to the manager, but he didn't give me an answer or help me. It's a shame because I always buy shoes here and I'll buy them in other stores.
I've visited this store twice while super busy, and each time the staff has been efficient and helpful. On my first visit, an initial mix-up with a promotion was quickly resolved by a very helpful sales associate at the register. Today, although they didn't have the item I needed, an associate promptly approached us to offer assistance.
Great selection of Nikes. Staffing is horrendous. Legit was talking to a fella that works there about a specific shoe for ten seconds before he dabs up a friend and starts talking to him in front of me and then completely walks away from me. Felt like a Dave Chapelle skit of Pop Copy. (Watch if you haven’t seen) Talked with another staff member that was kinda sorta helpful and they told me to wait in the men’s section and they would bring them out. Waited for probably 10 minutes before I realize they weren’t coming with the shoes. That was because when I went to the register to ask, the girl that helped me calls Out to the same guy that walked away from me after our 10 second interaction that’s the guy that needs those shoes. I’d question if it was me if I hadn’t had many years of knowing how to treat people with respect in all situations. He holds them up and then puts them down with a bunch of shoes behind the counter and I wait to be checked bypassing g even trying them on. I was lucky enough to be checked out by the manager. She struggled to find the shoes because who knows…I told her how hard to give them business. She asked why. I gave her my response. She just gave me a blank stare nothing else. She knows. Also, there was a poor guy there returning shoes because the ones they gave him didn’t match. More of the same. It would be a great store if they could get it together. Follow up. Hilarious to read all the reviews say the same JD rep responding to complaints just says they are sorry. Yet this has been going on for a while. Either we all get the same guy or it’s systematic. Either way can’t they cant Figure it out?
I purchased a pair of toddler adidas shoes with Velcro and are defective because the Velcro will not stay on anymore. I called the store to explain my situation since i purchased them recently (within the last 6 weeks) and TERRELL on the phone was very rude, cut me off and said "we can’t return them, they’re worn!" I explained i didn’t want a refund just wanted to see if i could exchange a defective shoe and he again was very rude and cut me off and said "no we don’t no exchanges on defective shoes." Seems like the associates here lack training and common decency based on the other reviews. Relax Terrell, It’s not coming out of your pocket. I’m sure your company does have a protocols in place on defectives items you just chose to be nasty.
Muy mal servicio. Fuimos ignorados por casi una hora. Luego pedimos la medida de los tenis y nos dieron los equivocados. Y fueron a cambiarlos por los que pedí. Y pasó más de 40 minutos y al preguntarle al que nos atendió. Simplemente dijo que se le olvidó. Regreso a nosotros 1 minuto después solo para decir que no los tenían. Muy mala experiencia.
Will never shop here again. I purchased a pair of Nike dunks online for $65. My order was cancelled. I went into the store and the shoes were fully stocked still on the shelf with a $65 tag but I was told they weren’t allowed to sell them because they were ringing up $20. But I had already purchased them for $65 ONLINE! They refused to sell me the shoe and told me to call corporate so I did. They hung up on me! Worst customer service ever and the store was so loud I couldn’t even speak.
JD always has a wide selection to choose from && you should be able to find whatever suits your needs . I never leave JD empty handed !!!
