I came in on Saturday 9/6, and Madison was beyond helpful and knowledgeable in hiking shoes. She was beyond patience when I kept asking for one more size up for the perfect fit. Madison was very professional and courteous, giving that she was helping multiple customers at once.

Store is clean and well-organized, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Co-op membership is free via store credit, with 10% of your annual spending returned to you in the form of merchandise credit. Quality name brands abound, often with reviews by REI employees who have field tested the gear reviewed. That said, quality equipment can be a little pricey, but a lot of this stuff is hard to find elsewhere. Much less overwhelming experience than the larger sporting goods stores. Check it out!

I finally decided to upgrade my backpacking pack today and Dillon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when discussing sizing and different brands. They helped me find a pack that fits my needs and is so comfortable, forever grateful for all the input and assistance!

Tadd is an amazing bike mechanic. He took time to figure out what was happening, although it was not easy. This is also a great store and always a wonderful shopping experience. Much better warranties than the industry standard as well.

Always loved coming into this store. This trip was different, though, to no fault of the store, but another customer. Was looking in the shoe section, and a woman started to breastfeed her baby while sitting there with no cover. I'll probably be crucified for this, but I feel that should be a somewhat private matter or at least use a cover or wrap. The employee who was assisting her as well as others nearby were very notably uncomfortable. I left without purchasing anything.
