Invoke Studio

Invoke has felt like home to me since joining early last year. Everyone is so friendly & welcoming, & there's a wonderful array of class & instructor options. I especially appreciate everyone's invitational language & the encouragement to focus on & strengthen our own practice *outside* of the studio. I also completed their 200-hour YTT program May 2024 & I could not speak more highly of the quality & variety of the curriculum & lead instructors. So grateful I signed up for their program & then became a Warrior member!

I’ve been going to Invoke for 3 years now and I’m loving both locations for all my yoga needs! I began with Brooke doing heated yoga, but now I’m an Ahna junkie for gentle flow vinyasa! Thanks for all the class choices too!

I have been attending pilates reformer classes at Invoke downtown for several years now. Rachel is usually my instructor and she does a great job creating a class that is challenging and fun. Any other instructor I've had has also been warm and welcoming. Big recommendation for invoke!

Taking yoga classes at Invoke has been a life-changing experience. For me, yoga has contributed to hip pain relief, provided mental clarity and grounding through tough times, and offered a welcoming community. I really love the hot yoga classes and yin/restore! The prices are affordable compared to nearby competitors. I appreciate the discounts/sales every once in a while to make the investment attainable. Shout out to Erin, Jill, and Megan - they will make you work! Also, shout out to Uma for brining peace and relaxation to class. ❤️‍

I won a free two week unlimited mat classes pass on their Instagram raffle. I've been to classes for the past week or so and it was been amazing! The studio is super close to work so I can use the culture trail to get there. The have clases going up until 7 pm. So I have a chance to get some workout in even if I'm late from work. The instructors are super attentive and followed up with me after the class to see how I was going and if they could do anything else to support me as take the first couple of classes. Overall a great experience and I definetly keep coming back!

Invoke Studio's offer an amazing experience! Would highly recommend all of the classes they offer. The best teachers, they are supportive, informative, and challenging and highly welcoming. Also, I love practicing with a locally owned business!
