If I could give this daycare at 10/10 I would! 24 hrs is very convenient with my work schedule. Staff is amazing & The owner is very rapid with communication! Very clean & child friendly. My children love love love going to daycare which tells me a lot! Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Shannon’s enough! Our daughter started at Shannon’s at 4 months old and the only reason we’re leaving is because we’re being relocated out of state, at 3 years old. Our daughter would have stayed until she aged out. We’ve been so happy with our experience at Shannon’s. From the baby to the toddler to the preschool house, every teacher has been so attentive, compassionate, and loved my daughter like their own. I gravitated towards the in-home feel with the center-type structure. The photo updates during the day were so helpful for first-time parents. When my daughter went through a biting phase, they treated me with understanding and worked with me to bring in a behavior specialist and provided us with tools we need to help our daughter succeed, I was never shamed and was reassured my daughter wasn’t going to be kicked out. The staff are wonderful, the meals are prepared onsite, and the curriculum is on target for her age. Our current daycare told us our daughter is more advanced that their current students, and I owe a lot of that to Shannon’s daycare and her staff. I will truly miss the staff, especially Miss Pam, Miss Gabby, Miss Kenadie, and Miss Bre.

Our son attended KECC for a year and a half, and it has been such a wonderful experience. Shannon, Miss Pam, and Miss Vicky will always hold a special place in my heart—the staff is truly amazing and caring. My son learned so much during his time there, from saying his first words to becoming potty trained! As an anxious mom, it gave me such peace of mind to know he was in such good hands. I never once worried while at work, and I cannot recommend KECC highly enough!

What a gift it has been to have each of our three kiddos be under the care of such exceptional people, it has warmed our hearts every step of the way. There is no way my husband or I could be fully present in our careers if it weren’t for the complete faith and confidence we had in the team helping to raise our three babes.

Stay away from this place. Our daughter has had to go to the emergency room 2 different times from a lack of care from Shannon and her team. But this last issue in September takes the cake for the worst nightmare I could ever imagine. Our 20 month olds cloths getting removed in the area with no camera. When bringing this to SECC attention, they originally lied about it. We provided 2 photos to show proof of something happening, but still No explanation. No empathy. Help me understand why our daughter’s cloths are being removed without any reason and in an area with no camera……

Still no answer from Shannon or her team on why my daughters cloths are being removed in the one location there are no cameras and then lying about it when asked.

Our son was at Kelley’s from 14 weeks old until just over 2 years old when we moved out of state. we can’t emphasize enough how much we loved having our son at Kelley’s. he really loved it as well. Shannon and all the teachers were so wonderful, took great care of our son, and we’re all such kind people. we were sad to have to leave! they send so many photos and updates, we always knew he was in the best hands and well taken care of. if we ever move back to Indiana, we would use Kelley’s even though it’s a 25 minute drive for us each way!

Our daughter has attended KECC since she was about 6 months old and she’s 2 now. Could not ask for a better group of teachers and staff. The detailed updates via phone app are an added bonus – I look forward to seeing all the pictures and videos of her having fun with her friends! They keep the children busy throughout the day with lots of educational activities and outdoor time. They provide such a loving, welcoming environment here.

We cannot say enough positive things about Kelley’s. We enrolled our son at 12 weeks and he was there until he aged out. We also enrolled his little sister at 12 weeks and she was there until we moved. We loved Kelley’s so much, we kept our daughter at Kelley’s even after our son was going to a new daycare. It was worth two drop offs and pickups. Dropping off your kiddos at daycare can be tough but the teachers at Kelley’s made it easier. The teachers truly care for the children, and we always felt confident the kids were in good hands every day. The kids both still talk about the teachers at Kelley’s. If you are looking for a daycare for your little ones, please consider Kelley’s.

My family feels so blessed to have found such a wonderful daycare for our son! The staff all know his name, say good morning or good afternoon to him, know our names and who we are there to pick up before we even walk past the welcome desk! The classroom teachers are so caring and get to know your child and family on a personal level!

The pictures, videos, and updates they send throughout the day makes it easier to be away from our son and know he is safe and well cared for. The staff here make you feel like your child is a member of their family and go above and beyond to ensure a safe, clean, and welcome learning environment for everyone! The classrooms are all clean, colorful, and safe. The teachers do a wonderful job of nurturing children as individuals and helping them to reach their milestones. In my experience the school staff have been very communicative and professional with parents.

I have to say I started working with this team when I was just 18, before I even had my two children. The staff then was great then but now with all the changes and upgrades they are bigger and better. They are professional, caring, they
treat your child as if they’re theirs. They stand of affirmative actions such as:
sickness/health, sanitization/cleaning, wellness, etc. Since my children attend this childcare facility now, I can see all the different milestones that my children reach. Bright Beginnings goes above and beyond for the childen that they welcome. They are in fact amazing. These women are amazing with children. I moved away from Indianapolis and my son and myself miss this daycare so much. Bright Beginnings has been a wonderful blessing to me and my family and boys. The staff is wonderful and has been a major help to me with my youngest son and all of his needs and things going on in our lives. Landyn adores so many of the teachers there. Bryson was in Pre-K and did amazing and now he is in Kindergarten and has started off his year great with his A,B,C’s and 1,2,3s. Thanks for all your help around there. I absolutely love Charity! I have 3 children who has attended and graduated from their pre K program! I now have 3 nieces who attend and their parents love it! They started as just a daycare facility and now turned family! My children are now 15, 12, and 11 and we still visit and participate in community events! I have friends I’ve also referred and they love it as well! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

This is thee most professional, organized, family oriented child care ever. My kids have attended for two months and I’ve had no problems. Everyone is kind and respectful. My two and five year olds have learned so much. I also love the daily email they send about my six month old. Literally the best child care!!!!

I have never personally been to this daycare and would never go, but I have watched the Director (Juaneka) I believe be very messy with parents on social media. When I say messy I mean engaging in inappropriate conversations about things she does not have knowledge of or only one sided knowledge. This in itself speaks high of unprofessionalism! I understand we are all human and we feel as if we can say things when we choose but this can, will and should affect how you run your business and your practices.

My children love this daycare/childcare/ministry I have a 9,8,3 and 1 year old so that’s a few ages and they all love the learning, fun and that their love for God can still be used. Kudos to the staff for what they do to ensure my children are on point and taken care of. Thankyou!

Bright Child Care is wonderful. The staff is friendly, caring, and always communicates well with parents. My son looks forward to seeing all his friends every day here and has such a strong and nurturing relationship with his teacher that she feels like an extended part of our family! I feel confident knowing he’s in a safe and happy environment that nurtures his developmental skills appropriately.

My child has flourished here. The teachers are all very sweet and you can tell they really care about what they do and the children. They are very communicative and update parents throughout the day with pictures, videos and any announcements. My daughter has learned so much since attending.

I have had a wonderful experience. The teachers are very kind and the teacher to child ratio is perfect so that each kid is cared for and loved. My son loves it and wakes up every morning excited to go!

Despite it being an Islamic-based facility and me being Christian, I never once felt out of place. I was always welcomed and my child was genuinely loved. It is amazing to see the love they poured into my toddler! The emphasis on good manners and structure was clear, and I could see the positive impact in my child’s behavior and happiness every day. The joy and growth were evident, as we came home each day filled with excitement from the care and teachings provided. Phenomenal impact overall!

There’s truly no other facility in the area that compares to this one! Moving out to a new state was hardest for me, because I know this facility is one like no other.

We have been Sitters to the Rescue clients for over 9 years, starting with a night sitter to assist with our twins shortly after they were born. We’ve continued to use them for emergencies, when our nanny was out on maternity leave, overnights and even some regular night-out babysitting services when we know we may be out late or we need to have our kids transported somewhere while we are out. Every caregiver is vetted thoroughly by Nancy and her team – and our children have formed great relationships with the handful of caregivers they have seen regularly throughout the last 9 years. Many members of Nancy’s team have been with her for many years and have nursing, teaching or extensive child care backgrounds. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care our kids have received for nearly a decade now!

My child has been here since she was 8 months old. She will be 4 this year. This is the only childcare I have ever trusted with my baby. If I voice any concerns I am answered promptly and respectfully. Owner has always been top notch in responses and cares for any parents questions or concerns quickly. As for the teachers, I have not had any issues or worries. They really have taught my child so much! I am very grateful for their hard work and undivided attention to my child and other children. They even do parent teacher conferences so we as parents can stay up to date on our kids mile stones and progress through out the year. I cannot say this enough , THIS IS MY PLACE TO GO IN TRUSTING SOMEONE WATCHING MY BABY.

I don’t have any clue why someone would say the owner was unprofessional and nasty because she is not at all. She is a total sweetheart. I can’t even see her mad at anyone. She has a sweet and authoritative way of speaking that kids instantly listen to. They have helped me so much to being flexible and available for my son. I work at a hospital and am on call weekly, so they are available nice and late so that if I get paged, I could drop him off and go do my tests and come back. They have even gone above and beyond for us when the parents from my son’s school weren’t available to pick him up, notified me, and help me work out getting him to school. I am forever grateful for their desire to be there for us and help us out. 🙂

The people here are amazing and will love your kids just as much as you love your kids. My foster babies go here, and they have gone out of their way to make sure they are happy, healthy, and cared for.
Quick story… because of a tremendous tragedy in my foster Children’s life, they all have offered amazing services to make sure my children are taken care off. A time came where my daughter didn’t feel pretty due to her bio mother no longer being a part of our lives, and the daycare all stepped forward to make sure to braid her hair while I was learning to do it myself.
Also, my foster son is special needs, but they work with him and love him even though he is sometimes aggressive with his frustrations. They work around his several therapies, and interact with the therapist to find ways they can help while in their care. Beside my wife and I, his favorite people are at this daycare.
This place is a house of love, and my family love them for it. Even when my children have grown, we would love to keep offering donations and volunteer for them.

This place has the best staff who work wonderfully with children and treat them like family. They always have great activities to stimulate your child, a safe environment, and great food. The owner is super amazing and is very caring, professional and reliable. She does her best to take care of all the needs of each child that comes into the daycare. Rising stars gets 5 stars when it comes to childcare!

I should have been made a review about this place. This is literally the worst place I have ever left my child. Lets start with the owner, whom I was never ever able to recognize due to her changing her hair so much. The fact that I would walk in and assume she was a new hire. That’s another huge factor for me, the staff was ALWAYS changing. It was almost everytime there was a new face in that house. Covid was in full swing and NO the workers did not have their faces covered consistently. Not only was staff rotating but also the children that attended there, Sometimes it seemed as if they were going thru periods of very low numbers in the place(1 or 2 kids). My child was normally the only one there when I came to pick her up. I would have to stand outside on the porch in the dark, the property was not well lit at all. Lets not even talk about when the snow hits, I would have to park my car in the middle of the street due to the “parking lot” and walk ways not being cleared. The owner will deny all of this including arguing with you as well. She will definitely have you fooled but beware, she is not what she presents herself to be. She has only one worker that was there full time and the only worker I can remember because she literally lived in the house with her kids. I cant even remember how many times I had to pick my child up wet and mind you god knows how long she was laying in that house with the A/C up cold and wet. The worker would act surprised about it( no I did not trust them to change my Childs clothes). I can go on and on about my experience as it eventually turned into a nightmare. The best decision I could ever make was pulling my child out of there, because of my experience there, I will never EVER again(nor recommend) using a home based daycare.

The owner, reached out to me to dispute my review. Beware of her, she is rude and extremely unprofessional. Everything I have written on here is very much true, this review is a reflection of the experience I had while doing business with her. There is nothing or no one that will stop me from expressing MY experience at this daycare.

A home childcare facility that actually cares about the children AND their education. As a working professional parent it’s hard to find a childcare that offers extended hours without sacrificing care. Finally there is a place that offers fabulous care for parents that don’t just work the traditional 9-5. As a former daycare employee, I am definitely picky when it comes to child care, I can honestly say that they care about your children and give you what every parent wants, peace of mind while you are working. One conversation with the owner will have you convinced that they are the clear choice. Just ask your kids and you’ll know! Fair price and quality care.

My daughter is ready to attend every single day, the daycare works well with informing you on things that they need. I have not had an issue with the daycare. The Director is very adamant on responding in a timely manner. Everyone is very respectful.

My children first attended Fun Times at 6 & 4 months old. They are now 1 & 2. They speak their names, other’s names, identify colors, shapes, letters, sing educational songs, and speak better everyday. The teachers are great my kids love them and the facility itself is an amazing environment for children. Janet Mitchell (owner) has mastered the art of childcare. My child has ben going to Funtime Childcare Ministry for over 3 months. I I drop him off daily, knowing that he is in great hands and learning in the process. I enjoy Fun Times for my children. We started when my daughter was in the infant room and my son was 4. They are now toddler and school age. Everyone who works there absolutely loves on my kids and my kids love going. My daughter comes home singing her alphabet and different nursery rhymes. The building is always clean and smelling fresh.

I have a son that is autistic and ADHD and I was scared at 1st with putting him n daycare cause I figured nobody knows him like me he won’t like it, he’s not gonna react well, but Ms Janet has been Great! with him.Her staff is very friendly and welcoming. I am thankful for Rosie tiny tots because they always make sure my child has everything she needs to be successful. They share resources and communicate! They treat everyone as family and are very inclusive and do their best to include parents on activities and fun as well!

My daughter has attended RTT for a little over a year now and I appreciate the check in and check out system to ensure her safety. I also enjoy the different field trips they take her on for summer, winter break, fall break etc. Staff is quick to respond to any of my concerns and I appreciate the resources given to me, this is truly why I’m thankful for RTT.

We’ve been using Little Raindrops Daycare for almost a year now and I’m so happy we have. Our big struggle was finding a daycare that was open later with flexible scheduling & affordable and this daycare hits all those markers. My child has blossomed since coming here between making friends and learning. Ms Raina (owner) is amazing and has years of experience working with children and it really shows, plus they are level three certified in Path To Quality and passed state requirements with flying colors. I know my child is in great hands and is close to my work place incase of an emergency. So happy we have found a gem of a place and will continue to use!

My daughter loved being there! On a daily basis she never wanted to leave. She was even being taught to write her name & alphabet ahead of time, she’s just turned 4! we loved it! Ms. Raina is so sweet & awesome with the kids! My only complaint would be sometimes her schedules didn’t match with the school scheduled holidays & things so I’d still have to call off work to be available on the random days she’d be closed, that was hard for me as a single mother. Otherwise, awesome!

I am a VERY nervous mom. I’m also a preschool teacher myself. So I’m VERY picky. I toured several schools before finding Little Raindrops and I’m sooo thankful I did.
