M/I Homes – Indianapolis

This is my first time buying a home and when my realtor took me to see a home with M/I homes I was admittedly nervous and scared of the process. Once it got started I was immediately put at ease as I did not even have to ask for information and all questions were answered before I knew I even needed to ask them. Mary Ulibarri and Darrell have been a tremendous asset during the whole process. They checked in every step of the way making sure I was on track and happy once I got in the home making the process less scary and more enjoyable!! The entire team from Sales to Project Management to Financing worked like a well oiled machine guiding us through the home building process. Communication was timely and thorough. In the end, we moved into a home that has met or exceeded our expectations.

Nice. Seems like they are efficient on utilities, according to the description on the website. And the property is a very pretty community… far away from many favorites, so you will definitely must have a car in excellent working condition. No grocery store in walking distance. Cozy. The perfect size for being home alone (for those who fears living alone).
