The Hip Hop Orchestra was a 10/10! It was so beautiful with the candlelight and very well organized. I love that they have 2 shows. I just hate that the hour had to end. They sound fantastic! I will definitely go again this summer to see the Adele or Beyoncé show.

This venue is an absolute dream. It was everything I envisioned my wedding to be. On top of it being beautiful, Jasmine, Summer and Cyrus were great to work with and very understanding of what I wanted and the budget I had. On the day of my wedding, jasmine was there to orchestrate everything and ensure all went as planned which made everything a breeze as I didn’t have a wedding planner or day of coordinator.
As a full time employee, this venue was very accommodating of my time to see the venue- on numerous occasions, I saw the venue after 4pm.
Cyrus also makes some of the most amazing props for your wedding day. Below you’ll see my sweetheart table that Cyrus handmade along with a favors stand and cake table that Cyrus also handmade.
This venue is a dream to look at and even better to work with! Couldn’t recommend more.

This is probably the best purpose for a church that I can imagine. We came and listened to a string quartet here play Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons and it was a great experience.
The venue is small and cozy, and you can clearly hear the performance with amplification anywhere in the room.
Parking is limited, but the small capacity makes it so that parking and entry is not chaos and queueing.

I visited for the Candlelight Orchestra. It was beautiful. The building is stunning. However, it was incredibly hot. I considered leaving several times due to this. I will keep in mind to bring a hand fan next time or to only visit during fall and winter.

INDUSTRY was everything we wanted and more for our wedding day! It was the perfect venue and the team was so accommodating for our larger wedding size. The open concept of the space made for a beautiful ceremony and reception, and the ability to bring in our own vendors allowed us to be creative and have some fun with our wedding day itinerary. I cannot think of enough positive adjectives to use for this review. Our son and daughter-in-law recently held their wedding ceremony and reception at Industry. It was simply beautiful! The venue is spacious, plenty of room for guests to spread out and mingle with one another. Oddly enough there are cozy areas as well for guests to play a few hands of Uno or have a quieter conversation! The location provided unique urban photo opportunities without being overwhelmed by traffic and noise. Guests were able to walk to the venue from nearby hotels. The venue is clean. The staff is efficient, helpful and kind. Alisa Apple, their wedding coordinator, was just outstanding! Her attention to detail throughout the planning process was incredible BUT her attention to the couple on their wedding day was something beyond! She made sure they had their dream wedding, while also helping other family members navigate the day. Her consideration of me, mother of the groom (possibly the least important female in the wedding party) was heartfelt and alleviated any anxiety I had. She and her staff even helped us load the last few items into our car at the end of the night. I highly recommend Industry for your event in downtown Indy!!

As a Wedding Coordinator, I truly can’t say enough good things about working with the team at Industry. From the moment I arrived, Ellie was incredibly helpful—making sure I had everything I needed and jumping in to assist with setup so we were ready in time for guest arrival.
Aidan was also amazing to work with, always happy to help with various tasks throughout the evening. Chad, the security guard, was professional and attentive, taking his role seriously and ensuring the safety of the venue and its guests. And AJ brought such great energy behind the bar—every guest I saw walk away from it had a smile!

Extremely lovely venue for other events too outside of weddings. Great time, great staff. The only downsides were you cannot cater outside food. The food was not bad but I would have much rather had our choice of restaurant. The parking lot is free however it is scary to walk from the lot to the venue at night.
The location of being central downtown is why we choose the location and not disappointed at all.

I recently had my wedding at The Mavris Arts & Event Center, and it was nothing short of incredible! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and so memorable.
The food was absolutely phenomenal—I had multiple family members asking if they could take some home because it was that good! Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented.
Another standout for us was the bilingual staff. It made such a difference for my family members who speak little to no English. The staff made them feel comfortable, welcomed, and included, which meant the world to us.
A special thank you to Autumn, our wedding coordinator, who went above and beyond. She brought my wedding decor vision to life with such care and attention to detail. I can’t thank her enough for making our day look and feel exactly how I dreamed it.

Apparently I picked the wrong foods, from what this event Center normally makes.
I would recommend it, but if you want soul food order it from a soul food restaurant!

We just had our wedding reception at Mavris 2 weeks ago, and we could not be more thrilled with the venue and staff. Alexis was our coordinator and she was amazing! Everything went smoothly and was set up exactly how I envisioned. Alexis even helped get our napkins in a custom color. The venue is gorgeous and a perfect place to throw a party. We had our dream wedding at Ivory Foundry Weddings & Events, and I cannot recommend them enough! We booked the Micro All-Inclusive Package, which included catering, desserts, the venue, décor, florals, an officiant, a photographer, a DJ, and a getting-ready space. We also added a few extras, and it was completely worth it. Everything was absolutely perfect; it truly was my dream wedding come to life.
From the very beginning, Rich and Beth were incredible to work with. Their communication was stellar, they answered every single question I had (big or small!) and guided us through every step of the process. We were able to choose all the details, and they executed them flawlessly. On the wedding day, my husband and I didn’t have to stress about vendors, decorations, or logistics. Instead, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment.
The space itself is stunning. The ceremony space was what first drew us to Ivory Foundry, and it was just as beautiful on our wedding day. The bridal suite was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to get ready. The décor was gorgeous, and I can’t count how many compliments we got from our guests about how beautiful everything looked. I had to keep saying, “It wasn’t me, it was Beth and her team!”
Our day-of coordinators, Kayley and Bailey, were amazing as well. They communicated with us throughout the entire day and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The timeline Beth created flowed perfectly, and the only thing that ran long was speeches, which was just fine because it was right before the dance floor opened, and Rich made sure to keep things moving as the DJ/MC.
A huge shoutout also goes to our photographer, Mika (@mikalhphotography), who was part of the package. She did an incredible job capturing our day. She followed our shot list, made sure we got all the photos we wanted (and more!), and made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. The photos are absolutely beautiful.
We chose the 50-guest package and added five more guests for a total of 55, which felt intimate but still lively and fun. This venue is perfect for couples who want an intimate, stress-free wedding without juggling a million different vendors. We would recommend Ivory Foundry 1000%!

We had a 40- person Deluxe Inclusive wedding through Ivory Foundry in July 2025, and booked the venue in August 2024. This review reflects what was available at the time, knowing that the inclusive packages have since changed.
Overall, having a Deluxe Inclusive wedding here was a great option if you want all the elements of a traditional wedding – getting ready space, ceremony, reception, florals, catering – without needing to find all the vendors yourself or pay significant upcharges. The overall feel was intimate but still had the energy of a larger wedding.
Day of: Our wedding day went beautifully. The getting-ready suites were bright, spacious, and stayed cool despite the July heat. Rich was fantastic as both MC and DJ – he kept guests informed about things like our phone-free ceremony, gave us an energetic reception entrance, made helpful announcements throughout the night, and kept the dance floor lively.
Venue: The space itself was gorgeous and functional for both ceremony and reception, and they are continuing to make improvements to their indoor and outdoor spaces as you can see in their social media.
Catering: Absolutely amazing. We had a private tasting at the chef’s restaurant and chose chicken, fish and vegetarian entrees with potatoes and vegetable sides. Many guests complimented the food.
Cake: We worked with Classic Cakes in Carmel for cupcakes, with fillings, and a single tiered cake. The cupcakes were a hit.
Photography: Mika, our photographer, had worked at Ivory Foundry before and was wonderful to work with.
While there were some areas where communication could have been smoother, we still recommend Ivory Foundry for couples seeking a micro wedding with the look and feel of a larger celebration.

We got married here on May 25th, 2024 and all I have to say is amazing things about Beth and Rich. They’re AMAZING human beings to work with, especially whenever it comes to your wedding day. We did the all inclusive package and we weren’t stressed at all because they took everything into their hands. If you take anything from this review, PLEASE do the all inclusive package at the Ivory. Save yourself some time, headache, and stress.
It was our best decision. Im a swiftie and they quite literally made me a friendship bracelet seating chart! They’re amazing, kind, funny, organized. Reviews are what made me choose a venue and I’m SO GLAD we choose them. They knocked everything out of the park for us. Whenever I walked into the Ivory Foundry on our wedding day, I literally cried because everything was better than I expected (and I already had high expectations!!!) They brought my vision to life. The seating chart, the flowers around my cake, the sweetheart table, mine and my girls bouquets were STUNNING, the table decor, Rich DREW pictures of our animals as a bar menu and it’s my favorite souvenir piece from that day. I wish I could relive this day all over again and I would choose the Ivory Foundry every single time.
The Ivory Foundry is honestly a hidden gem and I cant wait to see what Beth and Rich do with the place in years to come.

I can’t say enough good things about this wedding venue—it truly exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully set up and perfectly organized. The decor, the ambiance, and the attention to detail were simply breathtaking.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend
I recently had the unfortunate experience of being part of a wedding at this venue, and I feel compelled to share how terribly the situation was handled. As a member of the wedding party, I witnessed firsthand how the owner treated the bride on what should have been the happiest day of her life.
Due to what appeared to be a scheduling mix-up, the bride was rushed through every moment. Instead of offering support or solutions, the owner was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The bride was told she couldn’t even play music to walk down the aisle—a basic and emotional part of any ceremony. She was pressured to “hurry up and get out,” stripping away the joy and dignity of her big moment.
There was zero empathy, no sense of accountability, and no attempt to make things right. The tone and behavior from the owner were shocking and completely inappropriate, especially in a business that exists to celebrate life’s most special milestones.
This venue may look nice in pictures, but behind the scenes, the experience was stressful, disorganized, and heartbreaking for the couple and all who love them. I would strongly caution anyone considering this place for their event. You deserve better.

My husband and I had the privilege of working with Chloe Jackson and Jenna Bowen from Creating Joyful Moments to plan and coordinate our June 2025 wedding. I found Chloe through social media, and knew immediately I wanted to work with her. From our first zoom meeting, I could tell how professional and charismatic Chloe was. She immediately put us at ease, and ensured us she would guide us every step of the way through our wedding planning journey. And that she did! From providing advice on overall color schemes, to the wording on our invitations, she truly made the planning process so enjoyable and relaxing. She was there for every vendor meeting, asking the questions we probably would have never thought of. She was always there to answer any questions we had, and was very prompt in all her responses. She ensured that our vision was brought to life in every aspect, and if anything didn’t reflect that she advocated for us until it was exactly what we wanted. I would like to think I am a very type A, super organized person but with wedding planning there are so many little details we would not have thought of if it weren’t for Chloe. Florals were something super important to me from the beginning, and Chloe worked extremely close with our florist to ensure every detail and flower was perfect.
On the day of our wedding, Jenna Bowen was our lead coordinator along with her two other team members. Jenna came in due to unforeseen circumstances, but you would have thought she had been planning with us for the year and a half that we were planning. Her adaptability and professionalism is admirable. Our first meeting with her, she knew every detail down to the silverware placement. We didn’t have to explain anything to her, she knew everything and was ready to lead. She was with us at rehearsal and all day/night of the wedding. She was there and ready to answer any question, and handle any blip that could’ve occurred. Our wedding day ran so smooth, it felt like a movie, it was perfect. She was extremely kind, calming, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to lead/execute our wedding.
Our wedding could not have been more perfect, and we have the Creating Joyful Moments team to thank for that. We truly feel so lucky to have had them through our journey and would recommend them to any and all couples looking for a wedding planner/coordinator.

Day of, her team was excellent! Everything went so smoothly and it is largely due to her team and the effort she puts into your day of timeline and working with all of the vendors. Future Brides and Grooms: If you read one review as you start the wedding planning process, LET IT BE THIS ONE.
Before I got married, I used to think brides who said their wedding was the “best day of their lives” were full of it. I mean, even if it was an amazing day, don’t weddings always mean at least a little stress and craziness?
Now that I’m married, I still think a lot of brides are full of it. However, when it comes to me and my husband, our wedding day was without a doubt THE BEST day of our lives by a long shot – and that is all because of Chloe and her team at Creating Joyful Moments (CJM).
After we got engaged, we knew we wanted a full service wedding planner. We met with several great planners in the Indy area with great reviews – but from the first 2 minutes of our meeting with Chloe it was clear that she was the obvious choice. I vividly remember (almost 2 years ago from writing this review) her genuine passion and excitement for us and for our wedding. Her energy was palpable.
If you are on the fence about a wedding planner…HIRE THE PLANNER. This will be the one time in your life that all of your favorite people will be in one place to celebrate you and your partner. It is absolutely worth it to have an expert plan and execute such a momentous event.
But why Chloe? Why CJM?
Chloe and her team take the time to get to know you. By wedding day, I’m pretty sure Chloe knew me better than I knew myself! She was able to take my broad ideas and turn them into something far beyond what I could have imagined. For example, my idea of ‘I want a colorful wedding’ became color blocked tables that had an ombre effect throughout the reception space and JAW DROPPING hanging florals above the dance floor.
Chloe and her team are TRUE professionals. Here is just one of many examples: it rained the day of our wedding. It was cloudy, but dry, all day up until about 30 minutes before I was going to walk down the aisle. The aisle that was outside.
Now, I am relaying this story as it has been told to me from guests and family members, because, on our wedding day, my husband and I were calmly ‘waiting out a little bit of rain’ in a private room. Our arriving guests were escorted into an indoor space to stay out of the rain. The ceremony musicians wouldn’t play in the rain, so as they were packing up their things, Chloe was getting our DJ (who was originally only supposed to be at our reception) set up at our ceremony space so that we would still be able to have music at the ceremony. To this day I truly do not understand how Chloe and her team did it, but at 4:30 PM on the dot, I was standing at the end of the aisle with my dad; music playing, chairs dry, guests in their seats, a gentle mist falling. And as guests rose and my dad and I started to walk, the rain stopped.
Thanks to Chloe and her team, we can say it (and mean it): our wedding day was a dream come true. The best day of our lives. Chloe and her team were our sunshine on our rainy wedding day.

I interviewed several wedding coordinators to see who I would get along with best and who offered the types of services I was looking for. Jessica focuses specifically on the day of coordination, which I knew would be a must for me because I wanted to enjoy the day stress free and focus on my friends, family, and husband on the day of the wedding. Jessica was by far the coordinator who was the friendliest and who I trusted to make sure my wedding was flawless. I was planning a wedding on a shorter (5 month) timeline, flying in a photography team from California, getting my wedding dress delivered from a boutique in D.C., shipping in fine China from Virginia to give you a sense of how intricate all of the details were. My husband and I also had friends and family coming in from 17 different states (all while juggling unknowing COVID logistics), so we wanted to give our guests the best experience possible. Jessica was extremely detail oriented and acted as a human checklist for me to make sure all areas of my wedding were executed perfectly. She even acted as a pseudo wedding therapist when wedding stress was high and I was trying to juggle overly opinionated family members (thanks Jess!). I can confidently say if you want to throw a stunning and stress free wedding in the Indianapolis area, Jessica is the wedding coordinator for you. I was beyond impressed and so grateful to have worked with JDWC for my Day Of Coordination services. Through carefully planned check-ins, they helped me keep track of every detail from the thoroughly mapped out day-of timeline, to the list detailing each item that I needed to prepare or check off my to-do list for the big day.
I was always able to reach out to Jessica and Natasha throughout the planning process to ask them advice and opinion questions or request reminders. They were timely and responsive each time! I was able to pack up everything I needed for the ceremony and reception using their checklists and pass it along to them a few days prior to the wedding. This way, I didn’t have to worry about gathering all of it and bringing it to the venue myself.
Natasha was excellent on the big day, setting up each detail of the reception and working with my other vendors to make sure they knew where to be and when. I knew that I wouldn’t have to stress about a single detail and that was such a relief.
JDWC is a day-of-coordination group, but their services went above and beyond the wedding day itself. They are accommodating, flexible, organized, and reliable. I would recommend JDWC to all brides!

If you are looking for someone who was born to plan a seamless, gorgeous wedding, you NEED Jean! My husband and I had a rocky start to planning our big day, but Jean saved the wedding from being a mess. It speaks volumes when Jean and her team were able to turn a stressful situation into the wedding of our dreams in a matter of a few short months. She was incredibly attentive, flexible, and calm whenever we needed her. Our only regret is that we didn’t find her sooner.
My husband and I had an Indian fusion wedding, so Jean and her team were aware of the various cultural elements we needed to incorporate into our events. On top of that, we did a destination wedding in the Dominican Republic. Jean and her team are amazing at what they do. We had an Indian and American fusion wedding. She took the ideas I had and turned it in to a fairytale wedding. Of course with every wedding, there is going to be issues. Our photographer got covid 2 days before the wedding and she took care of the issue so we did not stress. She had all the contacts for vendors, she booked everything, sent out invitations, got permits for the baraat, arranged details with photographers, and basically created a beautiful wedding that not only my husband and I will never forget, but neither will the guests forget.
