From my current experience, they are kind and courteous as always, for my case, I often get left in the dark, not knowing what is next with assistance in seeking work. Someone promised me confirmation for a job but that was on Friday, it is Monday today and it is impossible to reach someone in regards to seeking employment. Very kind as i said but so far not really reliable in keeping their word. I understand my experience isn’t the same as all and it may be difficult but as of now I am in the dark, not knowing if I should expect a call back or confirmation with the job we discussed. Granted the person may be busy but not busy enough to email me an automated bot response, providing no clarification on what was said. Very tedious stuff….I wrote this post 11hrs ago…it is 9:14 pm and still no response..terrible.

When assisted in the back, second Lady i spoke with made me feel as if she was annoyed by answering my questions.
Phone charging station would be nice since all is done online. Wouldn't allow me to go to email through computer in lobby.
Other than that, friendly staff otherwise, patient and helpful:)

This was a pretty long ordeal that required a lot of patience. However, the staff did an exemplary job walking us through the process smoothly! They were also very thorough with making sure we understood each step and answered any questions that we had. I really appreciated the help and this overall was a good experience!

If your looking for a job , i wouldnt look here . Was told to show up at the shadeland location a little before 8 am . I was there at 750am and at 830 am the people inside still havent opened the doors . There was people inside and they could see the 8 people standing outside in the cold . If you contract through this company you may want to contract through a place that is more professional.
