First time ever coming to Xo by Sophia’s. Lexy was amazing and fast at getting my daughter in and out of dresses. When my daughter wasn’t having any luck finding a dress she was looking for. Lexy found the perfect dress. Thank you so much for making her feel beautiful and for finding THE dress. We will for sure be coming back and recommending this store for others. Also, wanted to add the other staff was amazing as well. Entertaining my 3 year little boy while I was able to watch my daughter try on dresses. Such a great group of young ladies.

My daughter and I have gone to Sophia’s Southport for Junior and Senior prom. Both times my daughter has gone in with an idea and left with something that far surpassed expectations and we both leave smiling. The service here is phenomenal. It’s such a wonderful experience as a mom to see young girls helping my young girl find her style. I get to just sit back and watch and relax while Sophia’s team makes my daughter’s day. Highly recommend!

I could not have had a better experience! Going to Sophia's was the best choice I could have made. I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as we stepped inside. I really had no idea what to expect and felt a bit overwhelmed by all of the beautiful dresses. Haley was absolutely amazing to work with! She starting asking questions, which immediately put me at ease. Her and my group of ladies had a good idea of what I was wanting, so they started pulling dresses. Haley was so accommodating to my group, which made the experience even better. But not only that, Haley was there, even though my appointment may have dragged out a bit. I didn't feel rushed, which was huge, because I was afraid of picking the wrong dress, or worse yet, not finding one. But I found it, and I think we all cried. It was a experience I'll definitely remember, and would definitely recommend any bride to go to Sophia's! Thank you Sophia's for being so wonderful!

I would rate Sophia's over and over again if I could! With it being a sample sale, the place was packed but it was such a positive environment from ALL of the staff and I felt very comfortable. Katie was my stylist yesterday and she was the absolute BEST! She was so friendly, went through the notes I had given for my appointment and did not disappoint when picking out dresses. I woke up glowing this morning knowing this was my first and only bridal shop and have the perfect dress for me. Now I have to wait 320 days to put on the dress and post a picture...I cannot wait! I am so happy my family was there to support me in making this decision, what a wonderful experience!

I personally have had a great experience. I was in there yesterday to get my dress and Izzy was the sweetest ever, she actually showed interest in not only helping me find the dress for me but in making me feel comfortable and actually keeping conversation and not walking away from me. I found the perfect dress and she was just so sweet and helpful!! She helped me understand everything I needed to know and I’m so happy with my dress.

i came her with my mom and two sisters to help my sister and i finally pick a dress for prom. i never caught our stylists name, but she helped my sister and i pick dresses that really complemented us. she was very charismatic and held great conversation. overall amazing experience!

We worked with Stasia & Jessica at Sophia's and loved them both! Stasia helped me find the perfect dress, one that I could customize to be unique to me by working with one of the local, recommended seamstresses (The Sewing Lady). We made tweaks and personalizations to the dress (added a custom-made keyhole back), with Stasia's guidance, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect! Everyone at Sophia's is very kind and helpful. The staff works with each bride to ensure they are comfortable in the dress of their choice, without putting on any pressure for a fast or forced decision. We absolutely loved working with the team at Sophia's!
