Excellent service. My 2 & 3 year old basically flooded my upstairs and it leaked all throughout the ceiling to the first floor and damaged one whole side of my house. They were at my house the next morning to provide a free estimate and explain what they needed to do to fix and dry out the basement. The came back that afternoon with the equipment and began drying out the walls and carpets.

Ok, early February, we had water in our basement. It was terrible and an even more frustrating experience. We had extensive water in our basement. The whole basement had water. We called our insurance company State Farm, who referred Servpro for water mitigation. Well, they came out right away with equipment, humidifiers and fans to dry our home out. Mario and Orlando were the employees that we dealt with the most and who oversaw the project at our home. This team, lead by Mario and Orlando, were professional, empathetic, and addressed every concern of ours. At first, I was skeptical, but they dried our home out, cleaned it up, repaired anything that was damaged and got our home back to normal. They came everyday to evaluate the drying of our home. I could not have asked for a better team to help with water mitigation. I would have gave them more stars if I could. I would recommend them for any problems with water in your home. We had a fire at our house, and ServPro was there within just a few hours. They were quick to respond, professional and extremely hard working. I called to schedule a cleaning for a large leather couch. The booking was easy and the owner was kind. He said it would be about $400, which seemed high but he said the techs would spend hours doing a very thorough cleaning. The cleaning techs charged $625 and were here for no more than 45 minutes from start to finish. The couch looks OK, but not much better and it was definitely not worth $625. I totally got ripped off. Would not recommend.

My initial cleaning through COIT was truly exceptional! My floors have undergone a remarkable transformation, looking as if they had been freshly put down. The team from COIT was meticulous in their approach, thoroughly cleaning each room. It was evident that they took the time to carefully move furniture and relocate any necessary items, ensuring everything was returned to its original position.

Used this service yesterday for carpet cleaning for 1 floor of stairs and a master closet. Was quoted $135 over phone before booking (as this is their minimum). Owner Jim advised since they are located 45 minutes away they could not provide in person quote but would come out & complete service. Day of service, the technician was a no call no show. I called owner who sent out another technician several hours later to complete. Technicians were nice and friendly however upon arrival stated $250 and added $25 service charge. I watched them complete task which was done in under 30 minutes and did not add any extra scrub services which could justify the extra charge. They sprayed the carpet then used steamer to clean. I called the owner next day to talk about unexpected service/charge and he would not issue any refund and stated he stood behind technicians. Advised $25 service charge is for price of equipment/chemicals, which makes no sense to me. Would not recommend, seems like a scam to charge more at time of service…

Jim from COIT has been super helpful and knowledgeable. He’s advised my property manager to implement long term solutions instead of short term fixes. He identified an issue with the central air conditioning unit that an HVAC company failed to correctly identify. I think he’s saved me money and stress while renting a house plagued by flooding, mold, and maintenance problems.

Hired COIT for a cleaning job a couple years ago. They were NCNS on the day they were scheduled, and when I called to cancel and go with a different company the owner called back multiple times to harass us and beg for the job back. Weird.

Jose was just the best employee you could ever hope for. COIT should always aspire to hire employees just like him.

* He did a walkthrough with me and then he told me step-by-step exactly what I could expect from today’s service.
* He was polite.
* Before he reached the final item on his to-do list, he asked us to review all other items he had already completed.

* He labeled my furnace so we can track future appointments.
* He cleaned up his items and went about his way.
* AND… Two days after, Jose did a follow-up phone call to make sure we were pleased with the Air Ducts, Grout scrubbing and Carpet Cleaning he did.

During the night on June 23, 2024, one of our Rick Aton/State Farm customers suffered a major fire and loss to their Noblesville home. I contacted Indiana Restoration after serv-pro failed to come out to the house and inspect the water damage on my ceiling. Andy was the initial inspector who wrote up the estimate for repair, and Mike was the contractor who scheduled the repairs as well as provided communication with and between the men assigned to the work.

The level of professionalism shown during the project was phenomenal. Between the stellar communication, hard work towards tenting and protecting appliances and counter tops in my kitchen, and all the gentlemen who kicked ass during demo and installation, I was blown away. I’ve been around contractors at work who dedicated significantly less considerations towards the public work area than the gentleman from Indiana Restoration. If you have a project that needs addressed, these guys will get it done.

I have Indiana Restoration come to our house 1-2 times per year for carpet cleaning. They are always on time, do a quick but thorough job, the carpets always look amazing and they can even get through the pet stains. Tammy and her crew are the best. She is so sweet and very respectful of our home, and she always greets our dogs with lots of love.

IRCS is the only company I’ll use for any of my home restoration or repair needs. Mitch and the entire IRCS team were great to work with when we needed our flooring replaced due to water damage. They immediately came to the house to assess the situation and gave us options on how to proceed. They went out of their way to make sure the work was completed on time and within our budget.

Sibande Cleaning Service is professional, responsive, and helpful. The work they did was great. They cleaned the carpets on both our stairwells and our finished basement. They also cleaned a couple area rugs (including one that’s wool) and they look so much better! We’re asking them to come back and do our whole house cleaning.

floors, doesn’t dust, vacuums once a month….not good

They come weekly and clean our commercial/office building and do a wonderful job!! Everything looks in place and clean when we come in on Monday morning! They even go above and beyond to fill our paper towel holders and water the office plants, they would be dead if not for them!

Had them out to clean smoker and service our fryer. Fryer began making awful noises after they serviced it. I’ve called and get absolutely zero assistance. We didn’t have this issue with safety tec. We will be switching all of our locations to another provider if this is the level of service received with nelbud.

The fire suppression inspection people are very professional and prompt and easy to work with. However the section of the company responsible for the kitchen exhaust and hood cleaning are not. In the past year or year and a half I didn’t have a cleaning that wasn’t rescheduled the day before or day of or outright not put in their system or cancelled.

Edit: now that the guy we were using for fire suppression has moved to another company we are now having issues with that side of the company as well.
