The entire staff was great from check in to check out. Mary did my tox and lip filler and I can’t say enough great things about her. It wasn’t my first time getting either but was my first time at LaserAway so I was nervous seeing someone new but after reading reviews I made the appt and I can see why Mary has so many amazing ones. She did a great job on both but especially my lips. She took the time to look at and feel them and only added the filler where needed. They turned out even better than I expected. Thank you Mary and staff for being so kind and professional.

I’m so happy I found this Laser Away location! One - its super convenient from my house in Fall Creek Place, plenty of parking, and you get to enjoy all that Bottleworks has to offer either before or after your appt! I came in for botox and from beginning to end my experience was exceptional! Rachel, Edma, and Jordan took care of my needs the minute I walked in! I was offered refreshments, invited into conversation, and just my luck on the day of my appointment, they had amazing vendors there as well. They were friendly and knowledgeable and helped me the best package for my needs. Rachel even checked to see if there were any deals I was missing that she could add on to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. From there Nicole did my botox and wow she is a PRO! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease and did each injection perfectly! I can’t wait to see all of the amazing ladies there again soon and enjoy even more of the services they offer! 10/10 recommend visiting them!

My experience at Laser Away Indianapolis is off the charts! The minute I walked in the door, I met Rachel and Jordan. They are both so warm and caring. They were extremely helpful and very honest. I did not feel like they were in it for the sale. They both love what they do and it shows! The spa is gorgeous, clean and modern. I felt like I was in NYC. Mary is simply amazing at what she does! I am fearful of needles and Mary is so good that I did not feel the needle. She is very caring and honest about what is needed. I have used many services, and I am extremely happy! Laser Away is not just the only place I will go to, but they are my family! Mary, Rachel and Jordan are truly the best, and I look forward to seeing them every time I have an appointment! You should try this Spa! It is unlike any other spa in Indy, and you will not be sorry!
