Please read full review to understand my scoring. I am simply encouraging anyone considering the Extracellular Vesicles Treatment to do their research and take their time when considering investing in the treatment. Overall, the staff was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. My concern is with the promotion of the Extracellular Vesicles Treatments. I had a full evaluation done, and was advised that I was a great candidate for this treatment, and that while no treatment is guaranteed, I had a high chance of hair regrowth. The treatment is very costly (several thousand), and pretty uncomfortable (during the actual injections). I feel that things were presented in a very positive and hopeful way, boosting my confidence in the potential results. I know that they cannot predict the future, however, I felt that I was given the impression that there was a good probability of getting positive results. Unfortunately, I did not have any regenerated or new hair growth, nor was there any change in my existing hair. There was zero improvement. I'm disappointed that I spent so much money for the treatment. Of note, since I do not live in Indiana, I reached out twice to see if I could schedule my 12-month follow-up appointment when I was in the area, OR send in self pictures, and was told that I would receive a phone call from someone, but did not hear back.

I am family physician and very well versed in the science of hair loss as well as the treatment. I considered having a procedure for many years and then finally decided it was time . I did tons of research regarding various techniques and spoke to multiple clinics as well. PAI answered all my questions and gave me confidence in the outcome . I was fully prepared the day of the procedure via communication from staff . The procedure itself went off like clockwork and staff have checked on me more than once a day . Their post op instructions are clear and now I’m just awaiting the results ! I’m glad I decided to have it done . And I’m glad I chose PAI ! It could not have been a better experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering doing something great for themselves and their hair loss !!

We Grow Hair Indy provided an exceptional experience and results that went far beyond my expectations. My hair started thinning almost 10 years ago. My hairline crept back, my crown was disappearing, and I remember seeing a photo where you could see right through to my scalp. That’s when I knew I had to do something. After visiting two other clinics, I met with We Grow Hair Indy — and immediately knew they were different. They built a personalized, comprehensive plan to stop further hair loss and grow new hair. The Multi-Unit Hair Graft procedure was a big step, but after just 4 months, I saw incredible results — my hairline was back, and my crown was filling in. Along with finasteride and minoxidil, my hair got thicker by month 6, and by month 8, I could no longer see through to my head! Now, at 10 months, I’m still seeing new growth and stronger, thicker hair every day. The team took time to make a plan, explained every step, and encouraged me along the way. They truly care about your results and make you feel like family. The value far exceeds the price — it’s worth every penny and then some. If you’re skeptical or nervous — so was I. I want to state that We Grow Hair Indy is a fantastic company that prides itself in taking care of the customer. I found my hair to start thinning about 3 years ago at the age of 36. It was just thinning on one side of my crown. There wasn’t any way of fixing my hair to try to make that spot look good. I googled Hair transplant near me. One was in Nashville and the other was in Indy. After having the FaceTime consultation with a gentleman named Will, I knew I wanted to go with We Grow Hair Indy. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns knowledgeably. He not only worked for the company but also a patient himself. So seeing his results made me a believer. I scheduled my consultation and went in November of 2025. All of their staff was courteous, respectful and never made me feel like I was just a number. They listen to me. They explained the procedure and what to expect that day. It wasn’t bad at all. The photos look way worse that the procedure. After the procedure, they had a staff member text me for updated photos and how much spray to put on the donor area. I mean even at 10pm she is assisting me. The next day they do a follow up and a gentle head wash and explain what to do the next few days into the following weeks. After getting home, I did have a few minor questions and wanted to make sure I did everything to maximize my potential in my hair transplant. I use their topical ointment daily and the red light therapy hat 3x a week as stated. They told me I wouldn’t see any growth until month 4 when the donated hair follicle would "wake up". I always hope for the best but even if I got medium results, I would be happy with them. Now we are in month 4 and if this was the best it would be, I would give it a 10 out of 10. However, the growth is just starting. It will continue to get thicker over the next 6 months. So in conclusion to my long review, I’m very happy I chose We Grow Hair Indy for my hair transplant. To this day, I can text Will a general question and get a prompt response. I chose them because of Will during our consultation. Little did I know he was part of the ownership with them. He was so down to earth that I just had no idea. If you are looking to get a hair transplant, you are in great hands with We Grow Hair Indy. I had a professional and amazing experience at We Grow Hair Indy. I am located two (2) flights away from the clinic. I was worried about the travel but the clinic set me up with great expectations and prepared me with what I needed to make it home as stress free as I could. I previously did a FUE and saw good results but I knew I was going to need one more. I decided after consulting with Darren to try the FUT. There are a lot of worries around this type of procedure, however; I felt that I wanted to get the most hair I could and this was my best option. The FUT procedure was actually easier than the FUE from a comfortability standpoint. The procedure flew by and at first glance looks like I received the coverage I was looking for. Post-op the procedure is uncomfortable for 48-72 hours but they give you high-quality medication to deal with the discomfort. The doctor who does the procedure is one of the best at developing a great hairline and natural look. The staff is incredibly helpful and supportive at making you feel comfortable. This is a very hard and uncomfortable decision but you want to work with people who aren’t looking to just take your money. This medical group is top notch and grateful for the communication, quick responses and check-ins post surgery. If you’re considering a procedure, take the time to consider all options and know that they are worth the trip. I will update this in a few months as my results start showing on how the procedure is working for me.

Stellar agency with talent, expertise, approachability and personability. Darren and Will are consummate professionals. After multiple recommendations, and testimonials, I called We Grow Hair Indy in early 2025 and was connected to Will. I lamented the loss of the hair on the top of my crown specifically. Will made me feel like this was not a stigma but a standard - a pattern that afflicts most men at some point in time, given a long enough timeline in life. I am 40 and I was 39 at the time of the phone call. As a consultant Will personally identified with my sense of self-consciousness - he empathized with me - he even explained that he was a client first with We Grow Hair Indy. I took note of Will being a client first because it was evident to me on video immediately that Will possessed a full and lush head of hair on both the front and back of his head.
